The Maintenance Vice-President shall act for the President if the Membership Officer is unable to do so. He shall be responsible for maintaining all Club aircraft in proper operating condition, by or under the supervision of a properly certified airframe and powerplant mechanic, and for obtaining all checks, inspections, major overhauls, and compliance with all applicable airworthiness directives for the Club.
