The CFO shall receive and disburse club funds in accordance with Texins Flying Club Policy and Procedures. This officer is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and disbursement of funds, and shall maintain accurate records of all financial activities of the club. The CFO shall provide monthly and annual reports of official financial transactions to the President and the Board of Directors.
