The operations VP is the executive decision maker for maintenance and up-keep of our fleet. This is the only paid position on the board. Duties include scheduling needed maintenance items, approving maintenance and repairs, reviewing and responding to squawks, and coordinating movement of planes for maintenance. The operations VP is responsible for the aesthetics, safety, and regulatory upkeep of the planes with the help of the plane captains and external A&P shops.
