The treasurer oversees all financial aspects of the club operations including payment of liabilities, receipt of club income (dues and rentals), forecasting cash flow, and setting rates for rental and reimbursement. In cooperation with the Texins Association’s official accounting firm, the treasurer uses proven accounting procedures to monitor and verify proper use of funds and maintain club solvency.
